“Harmonious and compatible” is originated from National Language and Guanzi. “Harmonious” refers to the mutual complementary of different things and opinions and is the rule for the generating of new things. “Harmonious” and “compatible” have something in common, meaning “different but complementary, opposite but coordinated, harmonious and unified as well as harmonious and progressive”.

“Harmonious, compatible and progressive” means to advocate the harmonious development as well as coexistence and co-prosperity between enterprises and the society, the country and the environment, etc.; advocate the cooperation and resource sharing with confederate and competitors and the concept of benefiting from harmony and harmonious development; advocate the spirit that the enterprise shall share honor and disgrace with staff, shall harmoniously coexist with staff and shall develop along with staff.
